At Stems Healthcare Services LLC, our Home Health Aide (HHA) services are
designed to provide compassionate, personalized care that enables clients
to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the familiarity of their
own homes.
Our trained and dedicated HHAs assist clients with activities of daily living
(ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation,
light housekeeping and companion support. HHAs follow care plans to promote safety
and preserve dignity while supporting daily routines.
